I'm leaving tomorrow and I'm so excited!! I'm a little nervous, mostly just about getting there and navigating the airport. But I cant wait! I will be in Cuzco (which is at an elevation of 11,00 ft) and I will be taking Spanish lessons and volunteering at an orphanage called Hogar Buen Pastor for girls. There are about 35 girls aged 8-15. While I'm there I'm planning on teaching the girls some volleyball and karate! Pinkarate is coming to Peru! I plan to teach the girls some basic karate and self defense. My karate teacher Liz is sending pads so the girls can practice on them as well as pinkarate t-shirts. The pinkarate girls at home sponsored shirts to send which is really nice:)
And tomorrow is my birthday! 17!! Woo cant wait!
